Getting help
Email privacy@familylifeos.app and we'll come back to you. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — it saves a round trip.
Getting in
Life OS is invite-only while it is in private testing. You need an invite code to create a household; without one there is nothing to sign up for yet. If someone in your family already has a household, ask them to add you from Settings → Family & logins rather than starting a second one.
Common questions
- My calendar is empty. Connect Google Calendar in Settings → Calendar, then choose which calendars to share. Life OS only reads the ones you pick.
- My location isn't updating. iOS needs Always, not While Using — it will not wake the app once it is closed otherwise. Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Life OS.
- The kids don't have phones. They don't need one. Their chore board runs on any shared tablet, and where they are is inferred from the calendar and shown as a guess.
- A bank stopped syncing. Banks expire their connections periodically. Settings → Finance will show which one needs reconnecting.
Deleting your data
You can delete individual records, a person, or an entire integration from inside the app at any time. Deleting your household — Settings → Family & logins → Delete household — removes all of its data, including anything synced from Google, your bank or a wearable. Disconnecting an integration deletes its stored tokens and its cached data immediately.
If you cannot get into your account, email privacy@familylifeos.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
